Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead our online content, elevate our digital presence, and drive growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all digital content, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Create engaging, trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor media, social, and pop culture for relevant stories and trending topics.
  • Drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.
  • Optimize the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalization.
  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including influencers, industry experts, and business partners.
  • Manage the website during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely and on-brand content.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital or lifestyle company.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and community building.
  • Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.
  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions.
