Do you have a passion for customer care and the confidence to represent premium beauty and skincare? We're looking for Client Representatives to be the first voice and point of contact for our valued clients—both new and loyal.

As a Client Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects the elegance and quality of our luxury skincare products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first contact for clients through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy.
  • Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist in appointment bookings, product recommendations, and service follow-ups.
  • Manage client concerns with patience, care, and effective solutions.
  • Support retention and upselling initiatives by understanding client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications.

Requirements:

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months BPO / Call Center experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • A client-first mindset with the ability to stay calm and professional in all situations.
  • Experience in retail or skincare is a plus but not required.
