Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical assistance to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Logging, tracking, and closing tickets using ServiceNow.
- Providing exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette.
- Working with Windows 7 & 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a service desk setting with ServiceNow background.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Able to work in graveyard shifts, flexible schedules, and holidays.
