We are seeking a strategic Community Manager to develop and expand a thriving community of digital marketers.

This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong communication and storytelling skills. You will oversee community efforts across multiple platforms, including Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your goal will be to create a space where digital marketers connect, learn, and grow together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and scale a successful digital marketing community from scratch.
  • Create and execute a content strategy tailored to the needs of digital marketers.
  • Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and amplify user-generated content to foster meaningful engagement.
  • Moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
  • Monitor growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on various social media platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
