Email Marketing Manager Role

As a detail-oriented Email Marketing Professional, you will oversee our email and text communications strategy. Your focus will be on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content & Campaign Creation
    • Create and refine email templates and content.
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
    • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
