Job Overview

The Revit Modeler will coordinate and review drawings with the Team Lead and Engineers to ensure alignment with project goals.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Proactively advising the Team Lead of any delays or scope changes.
  • Maintaining high-quality drawings according to schedule requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Providing up-to-date job folders and progress reports.
  • Participating in project meetings and conference calls as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma, with 8-10+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in detailing steel and concrete structures; timber experience is a plus but not required.
  • Expertise in Revit, along with additional skills in tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence and intuition.
  • Project experience includes water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story structures with typical detailing.
