Graphic Design Specialist Role

We're seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for developing high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing and effective ad designs. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and present ideas confidently.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-converting ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve design output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
