Job Title: BIM Associate I

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Associate to support our design and modeling teams in the development of architectural and engineering projects.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality Onboarding permit drawings, manage Revit models, and assist in schematic and tender design tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date Onboarding permit drawings.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to create schematic designs and tender packages.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and provide technical support for sales plans.
  • Create and edit Revit families and coordinate basic building systems.
  • Design and produce visual materials and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, including modeling, families, and point cloud conversion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
