Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is a vital support role that plays a pivotal part in the success of our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of marketing, including design, events, communications, and internal projects.

  • Facilitate the intake and delivery of marketing requests, prioritizing and tracking across multiple projects to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, vendors, and cross-department stakeholders to guarantee project completion on time and to specification.
  • Develop, adapt, and repurpose marketing content for diverse channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creative work, maintaining branding consistency throughout all outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related fields.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a polished, modern design aesthetic.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with a keen eye for branding consistency and layout detail.
  • A working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and the ability to translate competitor or campaign insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, content drafting, and process efficiency.
