Project Management Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to lead and oversee the execution of various client projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and all documentation is maintained and shared appropriately
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, risks, and issues—escalate when needed, serving as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in tech, operations, or marketing projects)
  • Tool Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage remote teams
