Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to fill the role of Logistics Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating same-day deliveries across the US, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Demonstrate expertise in dispatch systems and communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers while achieving on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Become knowledgeable about your market(s) to ensure comprehensive understanding of clients, drivers, and specific needs, providing positive feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors as needed.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility, including weekends and holidays, to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions.
  • Responsible, dependable, and customer-focused individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to run operationally efficient projects and teams, with a true passion for logistics and business execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
  • Ability to provide positive feedback and learn from feedback received from colleagues and supervisors.
