Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms. This includes conceptualizing animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement through the creation of dynamic visual experiences.

Primary Objectives:
  • Designing and animating motion graphics and video content to communicate key brand messages and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visually appealing motion design solutions.
  • Ensuring all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms.
  • Optimizing motion graphics and video content for various social media channels, websites, and ad networks while maintaining platform-specific requirements.

Additionally, this role requires ensuring compliance with industry regulations and advertising guidelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience (3+ years): Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Industry Expertise (MUST): At least 1 year hands-on motion design experience in the gaming or social casino industries.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience: Proficiency in creating motion graphics for software as a service (SaaS) products.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Animation Principles: Solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling principles.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with SaaS products.
