About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Content Editor and Graphic Designer to drive our creative strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content that resonates with our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling
    • Create compelling visual narratives using AI-driven tools like Midjourney to generate background environments based on direction from our creative team.
    • Maintain realism through lighting, shadows, and scale to ensure a cohesive look and feel.
    • Develop scene libraries and reusable visual templates for future campaigns.
  • Graphic Design
    • Design web banners, social media content, and print collateral that meets our branding guidelines.
    • Repurpose existing assets for new campaigns and seasonal launches to maximize creativity and efficiency.
    • Ensure all creative stays on-brand and on-spec across platforms.
  • Video Editing
    • Edit occasional video footage with light motion graphics when needed to enhance engagement.
    • Manage outsourcing for more complex motion graphics projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Asset Management
    • Organize, submit, and name photos for background removal to streamline workflow.
    • Review, edit, and deliver isolated product images and final lifestyle composites in standardized crop ratios.
    • Save multiple versions of each asset across structured folders to ensure easy access.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio of Photoshop-based work, especially compositing and product image editing.
  • Demonstrated experience or comfort learning AI image generation tools like Midjourney.
  • Meticulous attention to file management, naming conventions, and delivery formatting.
