Marketing and Creative Specialist Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items.

This role requires a strong portfolio in both print and digital media, as well as experience in designing for various social media platforms. The Marketing and Creative Specialist must have a background in graphic design, visual communications, or marketing, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals, knowledge of web design principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging marketing materials across multiple channels.
  • Develop visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and video graphics.
  • Collaborate with the product team on UI elements for key applications.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media.
  • Proven team lead experience in a creative or marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
