Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business into the future by implementing and managing Zoho. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating company data and processes to Zoho, ensuring seamless integration with QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of company data and processes to Zoho, including inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
