Job Description

We're seeking highly skilled customer service professionals to join our team and support various client initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch assistance to customers via phone, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic problem solvers who excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need prior experience in call centers and reside within 80km of our office. Additionally, you must have a high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and strong language proficiency in English.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, and accurately document interactions. You'll also guide customers through available options, follow established procedures, protect customer privacy, escalate complex issues, and stay up-to-date with training and updates.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
