Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Project Leadership Specialist to lead and deliver complex, multi-country projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence across global functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute large-scale, cross-border projects with minimal risk and maximum efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with global stakeholders, including executives, regional leaders, and external partners.
    • Foster a culture of open communication and transparency to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact.
    • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects with successful outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to present to executive-level audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
