Job Title:

Strategic Financial Manager

As a key member of our financial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing strategic financial guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Review business performance with various local functions and the Group Finance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast business results and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor actual vs budget expenditures and provide recommendations for variance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a master's degree in finance or a related field can be advantageous.
  • Work Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams or projects, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
    • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software.
    • Knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
