Job Summary:

This position involves implementing finance and accounting internal controls and procedures. You will supervise and ensure efficient, reliable, and customer-oriented billing and collection processes.

Main responsibilities include maintaining updated and accurate financial records, providing timely and relevant financial reports, and continuously improving the financial standing of handled properties.

  • Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts
  • Implementation of collection policy
  • Ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off
  • Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports: Balance Sheet, Collection Efficiency, Accounts Receivable Aging, Cash Position and Cash Flow, Other related reports that may be required
  • Updated Audited Financial Statements
  • 100% filing of tax returns and other government agencies requirements within deadline
  • Assist in preparation and review of annual budget
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Major in Accounting. Minimum two years of experience in General Accounting is also required. Additionally, you should be willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday 9am -6pm.

You will need strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise written and oral communications. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations.
