Job Title: Construction Software Implementation Specialist

This role focuses on optimizing construction project management software to streamline our operations and ensure successful project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a professional with experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing construction software platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread).
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for importing and organizing vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation within the system.
  • An emphasis will be placed on creating standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports that align with our project processes.
  • Another key responsibility is building and refining internal workflows aligned with project requirements.
  • The selected individual will organize and integrate digital project files within the system, ensuring seamless collaboration with project teams.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal documentation and user guides for best practices is also a critical aspect of this role.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Excel and data organization skills.
  • A strong understanding of construction workflows, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontracting, is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a non-client-facing environment is necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
