Data Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Sales Operations team as a Data Analyst. This role will play a pivotal part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, optimize inventory, and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design and implement dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations (Fulfill.io): Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless system connections.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets, leveraging AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a strong asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
