Senior Geospatial Software Developer

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a market-leading SaaS technology platform serving the global network construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining internal tools and scripts using Python to support operations workflows.

Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing ETL processes for spatial data into relational databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS, automating data transformation and processing pipelines to improve efficiency and maintainability, and collaborating with operations and product teams to identify opportunities for tool development and automation.

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience with geospatial tools such as QGIS, PyQGIS, or GIS libraries like GDAL/OGR, Shapely, or GeoPandas, proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL and PostGIS.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant engineering field is required. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development is preferred.

A strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
