We are looking for a talented Senior Back-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in building public-facing API products, with strong programming skills in Python and expertise in frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in SQL and PostgreSQL, with experience in geospatial extensions such as PostGIS. They will also have a solid understanding of full-stack technologies required to build and run APIs, including RESTful API design and management.

We are seeking someone who is skilled in AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, and the Serverless Stack. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience working with microservices architecture and event-driven technologies such as webhooks.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs, developing and managing public-facing APIs, and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

A great fit for this role would be someone who has production-level experience with observability tools such as Datadog or New Relic, and has a strong grasp of CI/CD methodologies. Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is a plus.
