Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Lead QA Tester with in-depth knowledge of financial and banking systems, particularly in General Ledger, Accounting, and BPO accounting processes.

This role involves spearheading testing efforts for critical financial applications, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned to business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA team to test financial and banking systems focused on accounting and general ledger modules.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and workflows.
  • Manage defect lifecycle, prioritize bug fixes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Mentor QA testers and coordinate UAT with business users for seamless production rollouts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of QA experience in banking/financial applications, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong domain knowledge of general ledger, accounting principles, and financial processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials) is a plus.
  • Proficient in manual and automated testing using tools like JIRA, Selenium, HP ALM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
