Crypto Software Engineering Manager

As a Crypto Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our cryptocurrency research platform. Your team leadership skills will be instrumental in overseeing multiple projects, formulating strategic plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and researching innovative designs and products.

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively drive innovation and growth in the field of cryptocurrency research. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, proposing project strategies, supervising multiple teams, planning and executing project initiatives, researching and developing designs and products, identifying talent development needs, securing support from upper management, and providing clear instructions to engineering teams.

This role requires strong technical and supervisory skills, as well as extensive experience in software engineering and management. A Master's degree in engineering management or a related field is highly desirable, along with certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect.
