Lead Customer Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Lead Customer Experience Designer to spearhead the design and transformation of customer experiences through a human-centered, data-driven approach.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and optimize end-to-end service solutions that combine customer insights, business goals, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric services using Design Thinking methodologies
  • Conduct user research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to inform design decisions
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create service solutions and drive innovation
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and CX teams to implement improvements and ensure seamless execution
  • Advocate for human-centered design and promote best practices across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (Master's a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service design or CX-related roles, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent skills in user research, facilitation, and service blueprinting, with proficiency in tools like Figma, Mural, or similar
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies, with the ability to adapt and apply them in various contexts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive collaboration
