About this role

We are seeking a skilled and creative motion designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, 3D skills, and experience working with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro.

They will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts, and staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, product explainers, and branded content
  • Work collaboratively with art directors, designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop and execute visual concepts
  • Animate 2D/3D assets, typography, and visual elements in line with brand guidelines and project goals
  • Edit and enhance video footage with motion design, sound design, and visual effects as needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail
  • Contribute to ideation sessions and creative development with proactive input
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in a motion design or animation role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro)
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and timing
  • A keen eye for design, composition, colour, and typography
  • Basic 3D skills using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar (a plus, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback, and work independently when required
  • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating a strong range of motion design work
