About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aspire Global Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues related to home listings and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist clients in resolving issues related to home listings and accommodations
- Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least six months of BPO experience and be amenable to working from our Cyberpark Tower 1 site. You will also enjoy a competitive package, including up to 23K, paid training, and government-mandated benefits.
