Product Innovation Lead

As a key influencer in product development, you will drive success by aligning with strategic goals and understanding market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product strategy aligns with overall objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product, tracking metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To succeed, you must be proactive, adaptable, and flexible, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to problem-solve and collaborate.

Technical Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
