Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and manage testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring a quality-driven approach that goes beyond basic testing to validate software functionality comprehensively.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in SAP and testing tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of various software projects.

  • Lead and manage testing efforts across multiple projects, developing and implementing test strategies to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement test approaches, ensuring timely submission for project review and approval.
  • Document testing risks and assumptions using appropriate risk management tools and manage them effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide input into process improvement and standard development by completing lessons-learned reports at the end of assignments.
  • Oversee defect management processes, ensuring accurate identification, documentation, and resolution of defects when needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP, including comprehensive knowledge of SAP value streams (HR, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ALM and QTest, with experience coaching teams on effective usage of QTest.
  • Hands-on experience with Tosca and Live Compare, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in various testing scenarios.
  • Expertise in performing change impact analysis, managing CHARM documents, and handling Bills of Materials (BOM) of impacted objects.
  • Proven experience in manual and automation testing, with the ability to assess and decide when automation or manual testing is most appropriate.
