A dynamic and challenging career opportunity exists for a skilled Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements, drive architectural design sessions, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Act as a coach in a player-coach model to support the professional development of team members.
- Establish and maintain relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and other practice areas.
- Function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills, driving project success.
- Collaborate with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones align with project plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and their implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).
- Contribute to the delivery team's billable targets by resolving project blockers.
- Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
- Drive alignment across technical mesh points between other practice areas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and their impact on existing offerings.
- Possess the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
- Gain exposure to 3Cloud's diverse range of offerings across different practice areas.
- Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities.
- Lead and guide the infrastructure offerings committees.
