We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our cloud infrastructure.

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day administration of cloud services with a focus on Azure Entra ID, IAM, and Security Groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring Enterprise App SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth, conditional access) and monitoring Log Analytics.

  • Responsibilities include managing hybrid environments including Active Directory (FSMO, DNS, GPO) and VMware vSphere (host and storage integration, snapshots, HA/DRS).
  • Implement and support RMM and patching workflows.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients to understand their GxP-aligned environments and CFR Part 11 requirements.

Candidates for this position must have at least 5+ years experience in Microsoft cloud-focused infrastructure roles and familiarity with ITIL-aligned service workflows (incident, change, problem). Strong understanding of the principle of least privilege is essential. Excellent communication and documentation skills are also required.

Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years experience in Microsoft cloud-focused infrastructure roles.
  • Familiarity with VMware vSphere and hybrid storage environments.
  • At least 1+ year working in regulated client environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service workflows (incident, change, problem).
  • Strong understanding of the principle of least privilege.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
