Job Description

The Knowledge Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our bid submissions by developing and sharing WSP's knowledge across the business. This includes maintaining our knowledge system, content management, documenting workflows and processes, AI knowledge mining, and working with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement processes for gathering, organizing, and sharing information to support work winning activities
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop, review, and maintain high-quality work winning content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency across the knowledge base
  • Implement WSP's knowledge management strategy
  • Utilize AI to improve the mining of company knowledge/information to enhance the quality of information provided to the business
  • Review organizational knowledge repositories and identify opportunities to improve knowledge management in support of work winning activities
  • Oversee and maintain inputs to various knowledge management platforms
  • Advocate document control and knowledge management best practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, information management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience, Skills, and Organizational Knowledge:

  • 4+ years of experience in knowledge and/or content management
  • Significant experience in gathering, storing, and sharing organizational knowledge assets
  • Experience developing/implementing knowledge management processes and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, and other MS Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in professional services is preferable
