Job Title: Assistant Accounting Manager

This is a supervisory role that supports the accounting team by monitoring project costs, creating reports, and reviewing financial entries. It involves tracking spending, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project cost monitoring and report creation for budgetary and analysis purposes
  • Budget consolidation and forecasting for various departments
  • Review of financial entries generated by procure-to-pay and sales-to-cash processes
  • Preparation of management reports and financial statements for review by senior management
  • Provision of proper controls during procure-to-pay transactions
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, business controls, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel to generate financial data reporting and analysis
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5-9 years of combined experience in a supervisory role with key responsibilities in financial reporting, FP&A, and general accounting
  • Must be a certified public accountant
  • Experience with SAP accounting system is an advantage
