Treasury Staff Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling daily cash transactions and bank statements, preparing and analyzing cash flow reports, and assisting with the month-end close process.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in finance and have a strong understanding of accounting and treasury practices and procedures. As a Treasury Staff member, you will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily cash transactions and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow reports to support informed business decisions.
  • Assist with the month-end close process, including the preparation of financial statements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient processing of financial transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cash operations or accounts receivable role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and treasury practices and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
