- Analyze performance trends and implement targeted interventions to address performance gaps.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Training and Development.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Contact Center or BPO industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and its application in training programs.
