  • Analyze performance trends and implement targeted interventions to address performance gaps.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Training and Development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Contact Center or BPO industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and its application in training programs.
