Operational Risk Specialist

This role requires a seasoned professional to support the effective management of operational risks within the organization. The Senior Risk Analyst will work closely with the Global Wealth Asset Management Risk Groups to ensure that risks are properly identified, assessed, and mitigated.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and report incidents, issues, and actions related to risk management.
  • Support the aggregation of key risk indicators across various businesses.
  • Monitor the status and completion of business assessments and change management projects.
  • Build relationships with risk team members to ensure timely and accurate management reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal/external audit or risk management is preferred.
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Business Incident Management experience is essential.
  • A university degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Amenable to work on non-standard schedules.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
