Job Description:

This role is responsible for the overall architecture of applications and mapping business requirements to technical specifications.

Provides guidance to the business unit and assists account managers in pre-sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing complex solutions, reviewing client technology processes, and modifying solution configurations to meet client requirements.

They will also be able to articulate technical information to both business and technical users.

This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with sales, technical support, and service resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Information and Communication Technology
  • 2-4 years of work experience as a Solutions Architect
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, infrastructure, and system security measures
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • CCNA or equivalent networking fundamentals certification
  • Comptia Security + certification
