Our organization is seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Administrative professional to support our real estate operations.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring seamless administrative processes across multiple companies. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately will be instrumental in driving our success.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Ensure the maintenance of accurate and compliant QuickBooks Online files, including all billing processes.
- Data Administration: Manage detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets with high precision.
- Compliance Audit: Conduct thorough audits of real estate contracts to guarantee adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, manage phone calls, and handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Bookkeeping Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this role.
