About the Role
  • This position involves managing and maintaining various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and growing followers.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain appearance of social media accounts, respond to chats, and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Content Creation: Plan and create high-quality 'B2C' and 'B2B' posts per week, leveraging local and licensee content.
  3. Daily 'Stories': Maintain daily stories, ensuring content is fresh and current.
  4. App Management: Manage all communication channels in Singapore app, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Market Analysis: Browse and test marketing-related features in app regularly to ensure accuracy.
  6. EDM Newsletter: Plan, create, and distribute EDM newsletter for Singapore platform customers.
  7. Promotion Management: Plan, create, and project manage monthly promotion.
