About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven marketer to own and execute our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program.

This is a full-time contract role structured as a monthly retainer. It's an opportunity for someone who's hungry to take ownership of a mission-driven brand's organic presence and grow into a full-time hire as we scale.

You'll need to be a self-starter who moves fast, adapts quickly, and thrives in both the creative and analytical sides of social.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will:

  • Develop and manage a rolling content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels.
  • Concept, write, shoot, and edit engaging content, including short-form video and original graphics.
  • Write clear, concise copy that brings our voice and content pillars to life.
  • Respond to comments and mentions; engage with aligned brands and creators to build community.
  • Track performance and report regularly; use insights to inform what's next.
Influencer Marketing (40%)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission.
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial terms, starting with product seeding and growing into paid collaborations.
  • Managing influencer partnerships end-to-end: outreach, contracting, briefing, asset review, and performance tracking.
  • Ensuring influencer content aligns with marketing campaigns and delivers ROI.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment.
  • Highly analytical, using data to evaluate performance and iterate intelligently.
