We are looking for a high-performing video editor to join our team in creating market-leading campaigns.

This role involves working with a dynamic group of professionals to produce engaging AI-driven content that resonates with our target audience. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video narratives that captivate viewers and drive results.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional video editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be proficient in using AI-powered tools and software to enhance your creative output.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with our founders and executive team.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver high-quality video content on time, while continuously improving your performance and adapting to changing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a consistent volume of high-quality AI videos per day, following established scripts and styles.
  • Analyze prior video metrics to optimize views and conversions.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines without needing frequent check-ins.
  • Quickly learn and master new AI tools and software as social media trends evolve.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with the executive team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting and professional video editing software.
  • Proficiency in using AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, and Hedra.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills.
  • Autonomy and agency to manage your process and deliver results.
  • Rapid learning abilities and enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with AI trends and technologies.
