We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to support our clients in building and optimizing their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing system-level solutions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.

As a Senior GTM Systems Specialist, you will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their GTM operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems—primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a fractional, remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.

You will design, implement, and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.

Your goal will be to establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack, build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Additionally, you will analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows, create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will offer guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
