To excel in this challenging role, you must possess a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic sales planning skills. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and executing our go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth.
- Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
- Manage and optimize platforms for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
- Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
- Experiment with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion.
As a mid-senior level Sales Strategist, you will be expected to provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency. You will also be responsible for building dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
In addition, you will serve as the technical and strategic liaison between GTM functions. This will involve collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
- Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
- Strong expertise with Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM management (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with workflow automation (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and data enrichment.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
