Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management: You will be responsible for procuring goods and services from indigenous and foreign sources, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Requisition Review: You will review and verify requisitions and purchase indents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supplier Selection: You will select suppliers based on their ability to meet our requirements and provide value-added services.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: You will negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure fair prices and terms.
  • Payment Processing: You will process payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, invoices, and other related documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary

The salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Bonus

You will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary.
