Job Summary

This role is responsible for Trade Procurement, Global Tender Desk, and Auto Rating processes within CESA Logistics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute lifecycle of trade procurement processes of local suppliers.
  • Negotiate and maintain logistics contracts on international movement.
  • Provide booking instructions for operations according to customer constraints and MO Solutions strategy.
  • Prepare competitive proposals in response to RFQ/RFI/RFP received from Corporate Key Accounts, strategic key accounts, and key identified small and medium accounts.
  • Manage rate data by ensuring collection, validation, and management are accurate and on time.

Requirements
  • Degree in any Business, Engineering, or Logistics & Transportation disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation / Logistics industry for Executive position.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Freight Tender or Pricing Management functions for Senior Executive position.
  • Functional experience in air / sea / supply chain management / information technology / customs brokerage.
  • Advanced exposure and ability in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in other productivity and automation tools. Pricing and market knowledge of Asia - Pacific region. Global market knowledge is a plus.
