Job Purpose

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating merchandise pick-up, monitoring truck and container transfers, updating reports, communicating issues to logistics, and assisting with additional tasks as assigned. Your excellent organizational skills and proactive approach will enable you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pick-up of merchandise from vendors to DCs or Clubs
  • Collaborate closely with S&R transport specialist regarding truck movement
  • Monitor transfer status of each truck and containers
  • Update end-of-shift reports
  • Report issues and concerns to logistics head
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills and be proactive
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
