AbroadWorks is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

The primary focus of the role will be on creating and implementing tactical marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house marketing team to support a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands, ranging from high-end fine dining to casual concepts.

  • Experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel brands is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to adapt marketing voice and messaging to fit each brand's unique style.
  • Strong tactical marketing execution skills with a creative, strategic mindset are required.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, reservation systems, CRM platforms, and online reputation management tools is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong logical and verbal reasoning skills. They should also be able to think outside the box and have a great work ethic with a desire to learn new concepts and grow with the job.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will be based in Bulacan, PH. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Create and implement tactical marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Work closely with the in-house marketing team to support a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
  • Maintain and update reservation platform profiles (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) across brands.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.
  • Compile detailed actionable reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics, and paid advertising results.

Requirements:
