We're looking for a senior direct response video editor to lead the production of short-form videos quickly and at high quality. This role involves creating on-brand and compliant video content based on proven formulas to maximize reach and ensure our position as a leading brand in video marketing for e-commerce.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with direct-response copywriting, professional video-editing software (CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro), and video generation tools (HeyGen, Captions, etc.). They should also be skilled in analyzing data, reviewing copy, and constantly learning new tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality short-form videos following preset scripts and styles, meeting a consistent daily quota.">
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, aiming for a 10 Daily Video Quota and a 90% First-Pass Approval Rate.">
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts and ensure every video meets exacting quality standards.">
  • Quickly learn and master new tools and software, adapting to social media trends and changing company guidelines.">
  • Operate with high autonomy, managing your workload efficiently to meet deadlines without frequent check-ins.">
