Senior Recruitment Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of hiring specific to assigned accounts.

This role plays a vital part in managing service delivery of your team, including developing and evaluating effective recruitment processes.

  • This includes conducting account management on a regular basis to identify current and potential gaps, recommending, and implementing appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Responsibilities

Hiring Goals: Develop and implement strategies to ensure attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units in areas of timeliness and quality.

  • Candidate Relationships: Establish strong relationships with internal customers, such as HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and Division Heads, to understand requirements, challenges, and necessary actions to deliver required services.
  1. Evaluate and document the processes and status of applicants, identifying gaps and improvements in the staffing process.
  2. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and guide candidates through the process.
Requirements
  • Background: Preference given to graduates of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
  • Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of actual work experience in end-to-end Staffing/Recruitment processes.
  • Account Management: Experience in Account Management is required for this role.
  • Skills: Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Analytics: Exposure in recruitment analytics is an advantage.
  • Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience in online recruitment platforms.
  • Decision Making: Good decision-making skills.
